On a cold winter night, I witnessed an event that left me in awe. I saw evidence of water transforming between liquid, solid and gas all in one place.
I admire the hidden beauty behind what we readily observe. So, while I was taking this photograph, I kept wondering how did this happen? As a chemist, I imagined what specific interactions at the scale of water molecules that allowed me to experience this majestic scene.
